Oh, hey! I’m the person who wants to help you rent a bike! I am a human, not a machine. Here’s what you need to know if this is gonna work:
I am chasing a three year old around while I’m also fielding emails, calls and texts. So if you want a bike like right now, please understand that I will do my best to accommodate you, but I might be handling a tantrum or trying to trick a small person that she loved broccoli yesterday it doesn’t make SENSE that she doesn’t like it today. Please be patient. I will get back to you as soon as I can.
Emails, texts or online requests sent after 7 PM may not be reviewed until the following morning.
To make a last-minute reservation go smoothly:
- Our online booking system does not accommodate last minute requests. If you want bikes within the next 12 hours, you need to call or text/Whats App me (+52 1 987 100 8669), or email me (email@example.com) so that I can check availability for you and help you reserve your bikes.
- Make sure you have an internet connection and try to be accessible via email and/or text. I need to be able to get in touch with you quickly to confirm details, process your payment and coordinate all the staff members who are behind the scenes preparing your bikes.
- You will need a visa or mastercard that can make payments in USD. We do NOT deliver bikes without prior payment. No exceptions.
- We will charge a “last minute reservation” fee of 5 usd for requests placed within 12 hours of the start time.
