Oh, hey! I’m the reservations manager. When you decide you want a bike ASAP, there is a team of people who will rally together and bust our butts to accommodate you. We are people, not some automated system, and there are some things you need to know if this is going to work out!
First and foremost, I am a parent … during a global pandemic. My kids are with me 24/7. If you want a bike like right now, please understand that I will do my best to meet your needs, but I might be handling a tantrum or changing a diaper when you call. Please be patient. I will get back to you as soon as I can. Also if we are speaking on the phone and you hear a child growling in the background, don’t be alarmed. She’s just going through a stage. It’s happy growling. 😉
Emails, texts or online requests sent after 7 PM may not be reviewed until the following morning.
To make a last-minute reservation go smoothly:
- Our online booking system does not accommodate last minute requests, but there’s still hope!! If you want bikes within the next 12 hours, you need to email us (email@example.com) so that I can check availability for you and help you reserve your bikes.
- Try to be accessible via phone, email and/or text. I need to be able to get in touch with you quickly to confirm details, process your payment and coordinate all the staff members who are behind the scenes preparing your bikes.
- You will need a visa or mastercard to pay. We do NOT deliver bikes without prior payment.
- We will charge a “last minute reservation” fee of 5 usd for requests placed within 12 hours of the start time.
