The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to tell you what kind of information we may gather about you when you visit our site, how we may use that information and whether we disclose it to anyone. When you rent a bike from us, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our site, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing: we may send you emails about our site, new bikes and other updates. We will never sell our database of customers (your information) to anyone. Ever.

HOW DO YOU GET MY CONSENT?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a reservation, place an order, arrange for a delivery or pick up, we ask you to give us your consent and accept us to collecting that information and to using it for that specific reason and for contacting you to keep you informed of new bikes or services available and for marketing initiatives.

HOW DO I WITHDRAW MY CONSENT?

If after you consent, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at info@rentabikecozumel.com
We currently do not do any email marketing. But if we decide to do it in the future you will have the chance to unsubscribe from future marketing promotions.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 5 – SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
We also use cookies to provide us insight into website traffic through Google Analytics and determine overall performance and effectiveness of marketing campaigns from such platforms as Facebook and Google Adwords. This is used as quantitative data to create a better user experience and at no point do we obtain your personal data from such platforms.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
