What if I can’t select the day/time that I want??

If you are making a last minute request, you have to reserve your bike with us over the phone. See details here.

If your ideal delivery or pick up time isn’t showing up as an option, just pick the closest time available and make a note in the comments about what time you want us to meet you. We may be able to accommodate.

Security Deposit

We no longer charge a refundable security deposit.

Instead, your credit card info will be stored in our reservations system, and if you use something from you toolkit or damage a bike or decide to buy a t0shirt then we can charge you using your saved card. Read more about replacement costs and deductions here.

IM or GFNY

If you want to reserve a bike for the Ironman or the Gran Fondo, make sure to select the bike category “IM/GFNY”
