Oh, hey! I’m the person who’s going to send you a personalized quote when I get your online request. I am a human, not a machine. Here are a few things you need to know in order to make this work!
I am a new mom. So if you fill out a request and you want a bike right now, please understand that I will do my best to accommodate you, but most of our customers book in advance and I might be changing a diaper or tripping over bath toys scattered all over the floor. Please be patient. I will get back to you as soon as I can.
Emails, texts or online requests sent after 7 PM may not be reviewed until the following morning.
Some other tips for making a last-minute reservation go smoothly:
- After filling out the online request form, feel free to send a Whatsapp or text to +52 1 987 100 8669 to let us know you’ve made a last-minute request.
- Make sure you have an internet connection and try to be accessible via email and/or text. I need to be able to get in touch with you quickly to confirm the details, process your payment and coordinate all the staff members who are behind the scenes preparing your bikes. Please don’t leave me hanging!
- You also need an internet connection to pay via PayPal. Your reservation isn’t confirmed until it’s paid. So if you have a connection problem or any issues using PayPal, please let me know right away so we can help problem solve.
- We will charge a “last minute reservation” fee of 5 usd per bike for requests placed within 18 hours of the rental’s start time.
